Here's a collection of drawings I've made for Tennotober 2024! Tennotober is a month-long event hosted by the Warframe community team that coincides with Inktober, prompting artists in the community to make Warframe fanart based on each day's custom prompt! You can find the forum post with everyone's submissions here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1412660-official-tennotober-2024-megathread/
I wasn't able to get to every prompt like I was last year and this was for a variety of reasons, though ultimately I'm very happy with what I was able to make and the choice to step back for the rest of the month. To be frank, I used Tennotober to get away from my school responsibilities last year because I wasn't very invested in my courses, whereas this year I very much am and thus couldn't as easily take time off from it to force a prompt every day.
I also think that I'm just in a different stage of development compared to last year; back then Tennotober was invaluable for accelerating my technical and compositional understandings as I had only just started feeling somewhat confident with digital art, whereas now it feels more important to focus on polish and fixing up my fundamentals, which generally needs more time than daily prompts allow for.
It's been good to reflect on these differences and how my art experience has changed in even just a year, and it makes me extremely excited to see how things turn out next year! (which will be my first year out of college!!)
