Styanax Tonatiuh Discord Emote Commission, May 2024
This Discord emote of Styanax Tonatiuh from Warframe was commissioned by MedusaCaptures for her Discord server! I rarely make drawings like this, so it was a fun learning experience to balance speed, quality, and readability into an image with a smaller price that will be mostly seen at very small scales.
I was given a choice between a couple of MedusaCapture's favorite warframes as well as a choice of which of her emotes I wanted to replace with a similar expression, so I chose Styanax Tonatiuh as I believed that the design of his face could be well suited for a shocked expression, mimicking her previous shocked Psyduck emote. I also colored him similarly as how MedusaCaptures colored her Styanax in-game.
